Help Make First Impressions Count!
The Ushers and Greeters Ministry is a vital outreach of Victory Christian Fellowship because it touches and affects every individual who enters the sanctuary.
- Greeters spread the love of God as they joyfully welcome everyone who enters our doors.
- Ushers serve during all church services, coordinating the seating of people and acting in other functions to help the services flow smoothly.
As ushers and greeters, we are very visible extensions of our pastoral staff in exhibiting the love of the Lord Jesus Christ. (See Colossians 3:14-17, TLB.) We serve the body and promote an atmosphere in which the Holy Spirit can flow without hindrance and people can receive.
Ministry Goals
Our goal as a ministry is to demonstrate the character of God as we carry out our duties. When we flow in the Spirit of excellence, others are attracted to receive ministry from the Lord. Additionally, as we work with the Spirit of excellence, this draws likeminded people who will inquire about becoming involved as ushers and greeters. We do recruit ushers and greeters but mainly rely on the Holy Spirit to place the members of His body as it pleases Him.

- This ministry meets quarterly as needed. Meetings are announced in the church bulletin and from the pulpit.
