Dr. Austin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, a Master of Arts degree in Christian Education, and is a graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center. 

Dr. Austin holds a Masters of Christian Ministry Degree and a Doctorate of Religious Education from Chesapeake Bible College and Seminary. 

She was the Director of Sponsorship at World Evangel Aid in Tulsa, on the Pastoral Staff at Evangel Family Worship Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma as Director of Christian Education, and Principal/Administrator of Claremore Christian School grades K-12. 

She taught at Victory Bible Institute, Victory Internship Program, and Victory Missions Training in Tulsa Oklahoma and has pastored Chelsea Fellowship Church in Chelsea, Oklahoma.
