Rev. Hooper has served as an Assembly of God missionary to Turkey, instructor of missions classes; head of the Islamic Student Practicum and as Director of International Television at Jimmy Swaggart Bible School.
In addition, Rev. Hooper served as International Development Director for Feed the Hungry at Lester Sumrall Evangelistic Association.
Rev. Hooper holds a Bachelor of Christian Ministry Degree from Chesapeake Bible College and Seminary.
