Serves as Director of the Gary Whetstone Worldwide Ministries (GWWM) School of Biblical Studies and Associate Pastor at Victory Christian Fellowship Church in New Castle DE.

A graduate of the School of Biblical Studies, School of Ministerial Training and Chesapeake Bible College and Seminary.

Rev. Wooten has taught bible school courses both in the School of Biblical Studies and the School of Ministerial Training, Children's Church Ministry and the Missionettes Ministry (girls ages 3 - 14).

Her passion is singing, leading praise and worship and teaching the Word of God.
