Calling All Children Ages 8 to 13 Who Love to Sing and Praise the Lord!
Perfect’d Praiz Junior Choir is a group of children, ages 8 to 13, who enjoy singing but also—most importantly—worshipping God. The members of the Junior Choir have demonstrated a passion and desire to perfect their praise as they tirelessly rehearse. This ministry has something for everyone:

• Live Worship
• Dance
• Solos
• Flag Ministry
• Mime
• Sign Language

Perfect’d Praiz ministers specials during Sunday morning church services, including the first Sunday of each month. The Junior Choir also performs at summer outings and holds Christmas plays and musicals. We are believing God to raise up young, skilled musicians to accompany the choir. The annual worship conference is the highlight of the year for our choir members, during which they perform with the mass choir, minister at the meetings, and attend workshops specifically designed for their age group. Additionally, we are planning for the Junior Choir to participate in a children’s worship conference, which will expose them to worship with their peers in a no-limits atmosphere.

Young Warriors for Christ
The purpose of this ministry is to train our children in worship:

• Why we worship
• Importance of worship
• Elements of worship
• Power of worship

The time has come to stop seeing our young people as the church of the future; they are the church of today. Children are members of the body of Christ and possess the same Holy Spirit as adults (since there is no “Junior Holy Spirit”). As we train the Junior Choir in the tenets of the church and worship, allowing them to bask in the Father’s presence through worship, we are expecting the Holy Spirit to use their young lives for His glory. By faith, we are declaring who these children are now and placing a demand on the Holy Spirit to manifest the gifts that He has placed within them. We are believing God for the Perfect’d Praiz Junior Choir to be young warriors for Christ, who operate in prophecy and deliverance with many signs and wonders following them!

Leadership Training
Since the Bible declares, “A little child shall lead them” (Isaiah 11:6), we believe that it is imperative to recognize and develop these gifts now. Because we want our children to become all that God has designed, we are working with individual voices to help them become worship leaders. Also, the Junior Choir has elected officers, who are learning the duties of their offices. This not only builds the children’s confidence, but also lays a foundation for their future leadership roles.

Before I formed you in the womb I knew and approved of you [as My chosen instrument], and before you were born I separated you and set you apart, consecrating you, and I appointed you a prophet to the nations. ...Say not, I am only a youth; for you shall go to all to whom I shall send you, and whatever I command you you shall speak.
